- 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your chaffle maker.
- In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Dip onion rings into the batter to coat.
- Place the coated onion rings into the chaffle maker and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the rings and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or appetizer!
