Description

Delicious low-carb onion rings with a crispy cheese coating cooked in a chaffle maker.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour

Instructions
