Fun and easy Apple Pie Bites featuring flaky crescent rolls and a sweet apple filling, perfect for parties or a cozy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 23 Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix sliced apples, chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on each crescent triangle.
  5. Roll up the crescent dough starting from the wide end to the point.
  6. Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
