- 1 large leaf of lettuce
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 cooked or scrambled egg
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- ½ sliced cucumber
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on a large lettuce leaf.
- Place a cooked or scrambled egg in the center.
- Add tuna, chopped chives, and sliced cucumber on top of the egg.
- Roll the lettuce leaf tightly to form a wrap.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served fresh and crisp. Use firm, large lettuce leaves for easier rolling.
