Description

A quick, low-carb wrap made with lettuce instead of bread, filled with eggs, tuna, and cream cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large leaf of lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cooked or scrambled egg
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • ½ sliced cucumber

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese on a large lettuce leaf.
  2. Place a cooked or scrambled egg in the center.
  3. Add tuna, chopped chives, and sliced cucumber on top of the egg.
  4. Roll the lettuce leaf tightly to form a wrap.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately.
