- 2 apples, cut into 8 slices each
- 16 white sucker sticks
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (for semi-sweet)

- 16 wrapped Kraft caramel candies
- 1 tablespoon water
- Chopped peanuts
- Crushed Oreos
- Shredded coconut
- Mini M&M’s
- Sprinkles
- Chopped pretzels
- Toasted pecans
- Raisins
- Dried cranberries
- Flaky salt
Instructions
- Prepare each topping by melting both ingredients in a small microwave safe bowl in the microwave on high until melted, about 60 seconds. Mix until smooth.
- Place sticks into each apple slice and dip into desired topping. Place onto parchment or wax paper and sprinkle on the toppings while wet.
- Refrigerate until toppings set, about 10 minutes.
Notes
Use firm apples to ensure the slices hold the stick well. Dry apple slices before inserting the stick for better adherence.
