Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 types of cheese (soft and firm), about 8–12 oz total
  • 2 types of cured meat (sliced salami, prosciutto)
  • 1 cup fresh grapes or berries
  • 1 apple or pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • 1 small jar of honey or jam
  • 1 box of crackers or sliced baguette
  • 1/2 cup pickles or olives
  • Small sweets (mini chocolate eggs or pastel candies)
  • Fresh herbs or edible flowers for decoration

Instructions

  1. Choose a board or large platter and wipe it clean.
  2. Place cheese pieces first, leaving space for a knife.
  3. Fold or roll meat and place near cheese.
  4. Add crackers or bread in small stacks.
  5. Fill empty spots with fruit, nuts, and pickles.
  6. Put honey or jam in a small bowl and set it on the board.
  7. Scatter small sweets and add herbs or flowers for color.
  8. Check the board from all sides and adjust for balance.

Notes

Use varying colors and shapes for a prettier look. Bring cheeses to room temperature for better flavor.
