Quick and fun caramel apples coated in chocolate, perfect for parties and school events.
Ingredients

- 6–8 apples
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 2 bags Kraft caramel bits
- 1/2 cup hazelnut creamer
- Ghirardelli chocolate candy melts
- Optional: chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare the apples by washing them and drying them completely.
- Melt the salted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the Kraft caramel bits to the saucepan and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the hazelnut creamer.
- Dip each apple into the caramel mixture, coating it completely.
- Place the coated apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the Ghirardelli chocolate candy melts according to package instructions.
- Drizzle or dip the caramel-coated apples into the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on the chocolate before it sets, if desired.
- Allow the apples to cool and the chocolate to harden before serving.
Notes
Serve on a tray for easy eating. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating.
