Description

Quick and fun caramel apples coated in chocolate, perfect for parties and school events.


Ingredients

  • 68 apples
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 2 bags Kraft caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut creamer
  • Ghirardelli chocolate candy melts
  • Optional: chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples by washing them and drying them completely.
  2. Melt the salted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add the Kraft caramel bits to the saucepan and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the hazelnut creamer.
  5. Dip each apple into the caramel mixture, coating it completely.
  6. Place the coated apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Melt the Ghirardelli chocolate candy melts according to package instructions.
  8. Drizzle or dip the caramel-coated apples into the melted chocolate.
  9. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on the chocolate before it sets, if desired.
  10. Allow the apples to cool and the chocolate to harden before serving.

Notes

Serve on a tray for easy eating. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating.
