Description

Hearty burritos filled with seasoned beef, crispy tater tots, and melted cheese, wrapped in soft flour tortillas. Ideal for quick dinners or party snacks.


Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas
  • Cooked seasoned ground beef
  • Tater tots
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to cook the tater tots according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat your seasoned ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Once the tater tots are crispy, remove them from the oven.
  4. Lay a flour tortilla flat and add a scoop of ground beef, a handful of crispy tater tots, and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  5. Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa, and sprinkle with green onions if desired.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  8. Serve warm with additional toppings if desired.

Notes
