Ingredients
- Large flour tortillas
- Cooked seasoned ground beef
- Tater tots
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to cook the tater tots according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat your seasoned ground beef until fully cooked.
- Once the tater tots are crispy, remove them from the oven.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and add a scoop of ground beef, a handful of crispy tater tots, and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa, and sprinkle with green onions if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Serve warm with additional toppings if desired.
Notes
Warm the tortillas to prevent cracking. Use extra cheese for a gooey center. Drain excess grease from beef before assembling.
