Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in ditalini pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- Add shredded chicken and season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
