Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
