Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it over the batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
