Description

Oreo Balls are a fun and tasty no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, perfect for parties or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack of Oreo cookies (about 1520 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark chocolate)
  • Sprinkles (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-lock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined and smooth.
  3. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off, then place them back on the baking sheet.
  7. Add sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets, if desired.
  8. Refrigerate the Oreo Balls for about 15-20 minutes to let the chocolate harden.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing. Use different chocolate types for variety.
