Description

A quick and light dessert made with Greek yogurt and sugar-free Jello, perfect for a creamy, fruity snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.3 oz packet sugar-free Jello (raspberry flavor)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water and add it to your Jello crystals. Stir well until completely dissolved. Do not add cold water, as the yogurt will replace this in the next step. Set aside to cool to room temperature while remaining liquid.
  2. Place the Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl and allow it to come to room temperature.
  3. Gradually add the cooled Jello to the yogurt, mixing thoroughly. Consider adding a scoop of protein powder for extra creaminess.
  4. Portion the mixture into small containers or a single dish. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until firm.
  5. Garnish with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, whipped topping, or nuts.

Notes

Cover and store in the fridge for 3-4 days. Do not freeze, as the texture will change.
