- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 7-10 minutes.
- Once noodles are cooked, return the chicken to the pan and mix in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding vegetables like peas or bell peppers. If you like a creamier sauce, stir in a splash of heavy cream just before serving.
