A quick and delicious beef ramen, perfect for busy days with rich flavors and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 1 pound of beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 cup of bok choy or spinach
- 1 tablespoon of garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon of ginger (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame oil for drizzling
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the bok choy or spinach and green onions.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Drizzle with sesame oil if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a saucepan or microwave.
