Description

A quick and delicious beef ramen, perfect for busy days with rich flavors and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 1 pound of beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup of bok choy or spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes.
  6. In the last minute of cooking, add the bok choy or spinach and green onions.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot. Drizzle with sesame oil if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a saucepan or microwave.
