Description

A customizable and easy-to-assemble fruit and cheese platter, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 1 brie cheese round
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 red apple, sliced
  • 3 small bunches red grapes
  • 1 cup pretzel twists
  • 4 ounces white cheddar, sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. On a large platter, place the brie round at the center and the bowl of caramel sauce next to it.
  2. Arrange the slices of orange, pear, and apple around the brie cheese.
  3. Fill open spots on the platter with the bunches of grapes, a pile of pretzel twists, and slices of white cheddar.
  4. Finally, fill the holes on the platter with walnut pieces and dried cranberries.

Notes

For best flavor, use seasonal fruits and a variety of cheeses. Can be served with wine or warm beverages.
