Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and arrange the sliced apples evenly on the bottom.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the apples in the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
