Description

A quick, healthy frozen snack that is creamy and easy to make in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
  4. Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate if desired.
  5. Freeze for 120–180 minutes until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best results. If peanut butter is stiff, warm it slightly for easier mixing.
