A quick, sweet, and easy fruit salad that combines fresh fruits with creamy condensed milk for a delightful dessert or snack.

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cups of mixed fruit (such as apples, bananas, grapes, and berries)
- 1 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and cut the fruit into bite-size pieces.
- Place the mixed fruit in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, stir the condensed milk, lime or lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the condensed milk mix over the fruit. Toss gently so the fruit is coated.
- If you like, fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use firm fruit to maintain shape after tossing. Chill well to allow flavors to blend together.
