Description

A quick, sweet, and easy fruit salad that combines fresh fruits with creamy condensed milk for a delightful dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of mixed fruit (such as apples, bananas, grapes, and berries)
  • 1 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the fruit into bite-size pieces.
  2. Place the mixed fruit in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir the condensed milk, lime or lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the condensed milk mix over the fruit. Toss gently so the fruit is coated.
  5. If you like, fold in the mini marshmallows.
  6. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use firm fruit to maintain shape after tossing. Chill well to allow flavors to blend together.
