A luxurious yet simple Garlic Butter Lobster Pasta that combines rich flavors of lobster with creamy garlic butter, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine or spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the lobster and garlic butter sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Make sure the lobster is cooked properly before chopping. Feel free to adjust garlic to taste. Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
