- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine or spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the lobster and garlic butter sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Make sure the lobster is cooked properly before chopping. Feel free to adjust garlic to taste. Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
