- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for about 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.
