- 12 Mini bell peppers
- 8 oz Goat cheese
- 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix goat cheese with honey, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the pepper halves with the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until soft.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
Choose firm, bright mini peppers for the best results. Let goat cheese sit at room temperature for easier mixing.
