- 1 cup caramel
- 1 cup milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup white chocolate
Instructions
- Wash the Granny Smith apples and dry them thoroughly.
- Melt the caramel in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each apple into the melted caramel, ensuring it is well coated.
- Allow excess caramel to drip off and then dip the caramel-coated apple into melted milk chocolate.
- Before the chocolate sets, roll the apple in either toffee bits, pecans, or drizzle with white chocolate as desired.
- Place the finished apples on a parchment-lined tray to set completely.
- Package the apples for gift-giving once they are set.
