- 20 grams creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
- Sweetener of choice, adjusted to taste
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients and a medium bowl.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and sweetener until smooth.
- Add a small amount of milk if the mix is too thick and stir to reach the texture you like.
- Fold in the chocolate chips last.
- Serve right away or chill for a firmer bite.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
