- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped brownie pan.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix it with sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in vanilla.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold raspberries into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour half the brownie batter into the pan, then dollop the cheesecake mixture on top. Add the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
