  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped brownie pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix it with sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in vanilla.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Gently fold raspberries into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Pour half the brownie batter into the pan, then dollop the cheesecake mixture on top. Add the remaining brownie batter on top.
