- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, followed by the cooked beef mixture.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the layers, spreading it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 60 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
