Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a third bowl.
- Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Arrange the breaded chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway.

Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Feel free to experiment with different spices in the breadcrumb mixture.
