Description

Delicious homemade churro bites that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for dipping in Nutella.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Nutella for dipping
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and butter and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in flour and mix until the dough forms.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
  6. Fill a piping bag with the dough and pipe small bites into the hot oil.
  7. Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then coat the churro bites.
  9. Serve warm with Nutella for dipping.
