Description
Delicious homemade churro bites that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for dipping in Nutella.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Nutella for dipping
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter and bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and mix until the dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
- Fill a piping bag with the dough and pipe small bites into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then coat the churro bites.
- Serve warm with Nutella for dipping.
Notes
Ensure oil is hot enough before frying and avoid overcrowding the pot.
