Ingredients

- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- Coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, add bread flour and salt.
- Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead for about 5 minutes, then place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- After rising, punch down the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet.
- Dimple the surface with your fingers and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle rosemary and coarse salt on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Store in an airtight container for up to two days.
