Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine bread flour, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and stretch it into a rectangle.
  7. Poke dimples into the surface with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt.
  8. Let it rest for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
