Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine bread flour, instant yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and stretch it into a rectangle.
- Poke dimples into the surface with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt.
- Let it rest for an additional 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving.
