Description

Deliciously soft and chewy cookies filled with chocolate chips and topped with fluffy mini marshmallows, perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately top each cookie with mini marshmallows.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
