Description
This Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is rich, chocolatey, and warm. Best served with ice cream and hot fudge.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (for serving)
- Ice cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then mix in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of hot fudge sauce.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs for easier mixing. You can try a gluten-free flour blend for a gluten-free version.
