Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and nutty. Let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and browned butter until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are slightly soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
