Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water, add egg noodles, and cook for 5-7 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper, heat sesame oil in a skillet, cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Make the Sticky Sauce: Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds. Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a bowl, then pour into the skillet and stir until thickened.
- Combine Everything: Slice chicken and return to skillet, add noodles and toss to combine. Add reserved pasta water if necessary.
- Serve and Garnish: Divide among plates, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
Notes
For a sweeter sauce, adjust honey to taste. Best served warm with a side of steamed vegetables or salad.
