- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
- Add the warm water, olive oil, sugar, and salt to your bread machine.
- Pour in the bread flour, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Create a small well in the center of the flour and add the yeast.
- Select the dough setting on your bread machine and start the cycle.
- Once the dough is ready, sprinkle the shredded cheese into the dough and mix lightly.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Allow to cool before slicing and enjoy with your favorite meal.
Notes
Use warm water to activate the yeast and let the loaf cool before cutting to keep slices neat.
