Scale
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.
- Dip the onion into the egg mixture, ensuring every petal is coated.
- Dredge the onion in the almond flour mixture, covering all surfaces.
- Carefully place the onion in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 8–10 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with your favorite low-carb dipping sauce.
