Description
Crispy, low-carb broccoli fries that are gluten-free and perfect for snacks or sides.

- 12 oz bag of broccoli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (or seasoning of choice)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, for extra flavor
- Crushed red pepper flakes, for a spicy kick
- Fresh herbs like parsley or chives, for garnish
- 1/4 cup almond flour, for extra crunch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the broccoli until tender, then finely chop it.
- Using a cheesecloth, squeeze out as much moisture from the chopped broccoli as possible.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form the broccoli mixture into small fry shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with ranch, sugar-free ketchup, or yogurt dip. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
