Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of sliced onions
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until they are soft.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Fill low-carb wraps or dough with the beef mixture and roll them up.
  6. Optionally, bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until the wraps are golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your keto Philly cheesesteak rolls.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with sautéed mushrooms or another plant-based protein.
