- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup of sliced onions
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder

- A low-carb wrap or dough
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until they are soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Fill low-carb wraps or dough with the beef mixture and roll them up.
- Optionally, bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until the wraps are golden and crispy.
