Creamy, fruity fat bombs that are easy to make and low in carbs, perfect for a sweet snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese and nut butter until smooth.
- Add the powdered erythritol, strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or form into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Remove from molds or tray and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Use fully softened cream cheese for a smooth mix. Strain seeds from the strawberry puree for a smooth texture.
