Description

Easy and classic meatballs made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and herbs, baked to perfection and served with marinara sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • Cooked spaghetti (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
  7. Once meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Serve over cooked spaghetti.

Notes

Cool meatballs before storing. Keep them in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
