Description

Quick and flavorful Mediterranean Chicken Naan Pizza made on soft naan with tzatziki, grilled chicken, and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup grilled chicken, sliced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan breads on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each naan with a little olive oil.
  4. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
  5. Top with grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with extra tzatziki or lemon wedges. Excellent with a simple green salad.
