Quick and flavorful Mediterranean Chicken Naan Pizza made on soft naan with tzatziki, grilled chicken, and fresh veggies.

- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup grilled chicken, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Brush each naan with a little olive oil.
- Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
- Top with grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with extra tzatziki or lemon wedges. Excellent with a simple green salad.
