Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water if grilling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Preheat grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.

Notes
