Ingredients

- 1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water if grilling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken skewers with a mezze platter of hummus, pita, olives, and fresh vegetables.
Notes
Cut chicken into even pieces for uniform cooking. Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
