- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix gently to coat the tuna.
- Add avocado and green onions to the tuna mixture. Stir lightly to combine.
- To make the wontons, cut the wrappers into triangles. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wonton triangles until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- To serve, place a spoonful of the tuna mixture on a wonton and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Notes
Fresh sushi-grade tuna is key for the best flavor. Adjust the spiciness of the dish by modifying the amount of sriracha to your taste.
