Instructions
- Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the bread into heart shapes.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing cheese between two heart-shaped bread slices.
- Butter the outside of the sandwiches.
- Place the sandwiches on the skillet and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve with warm tomato soup for dipping.
