Description

Mini Pretzel Burgers with Leberkäse are small, tasty and ideal for parties or quick snacks, combining soft pretzel rolls with hearty Leberkäse and simple toppings.


Ingredients

  • Brezenteig
  • Leberkäse
  • Käse
  • Zwiebel
  • Senf
  • Salatblätter
  • Wasser
  • Natron

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Prepare the Brezenteig according to the instructions and shape into small rolls.
  3. Boil water with Natron and briefly dip the rolls in.
  4. Bake the rolls in the oven until golden brown.
  5. Fry the Leberkäse in a pan and slice it.
  6. Slice the baked rolls and fill with Leberkäse, cheese, onion, mustard, and lettuce.
  7. Serve the mini pretzel burgers warm at parties or as snacks.

Notes

For best results, use warm water for the dough, and fry the Leberkäse until it has a light crust for added flavor.
