- Brezenteig
- Leberkäse

- Senf

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Prepare the Brezenteig according to the instructions and shape into small rolls.
- Boil water with Natron and briefly dip the rolls in.
- Bake the rolls in the oven until golden brown.
- Fry the Leberkäse in a pan and slice it.
- Slice the baked rolls and fill with Leberkäse, cheese, onion, mustard, and lettuce.
- Serve the mini pretzel burgers warm at parties or as snacks.
Notes
For best results, use warm water for the dough, and fry the Leberkäse until it has a light crust for added flavor.
