Description

A quick and tasty mocha iced coffee combining coffee and chocolate for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • chocolate syrup (extra, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew a batch of strong coffee (if you don’t have cold coffee on hand) and set aside to cool before using.
  2. Drizzle 1/2 of the chocolate syrup around the inside of your glass.
  3. Add ice cubes to your glass, then add the cold coffee, cold milk, remaining chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients in the glass.
  5. Enjoy as is or add whipped cream and more chocolate syrup on top if desired.

Notes

Use strong coffee for a bold flavor. Chill coffee before mixing to avoid melting too much ice. Taste and adjust chocolate syrup for the sweetness you like.
