Description

Enjoy bold flavors with grilled chicken, warm flatbread, and easy sauces perfect for weeknight dinners or casual meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Moroccan spice blend
  • Flatbread (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup Harissa yogurt sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, Moroccan spice blend, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer the chicken and grill on the BBQ until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the homemade flatbread or warm store-bought flatbread while the chicken is cooking.
  4. Place the cooked chicken on the flatbread.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, tzatziki sauce, and drizzle with harissa yogurt sauce.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Adjust sauce spice levels to your liking.
