- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Moroccan spice blend
- Flatbread (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups Shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup Harissa yogurt sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, Moroccan spice blend, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Skewer the chicken and grill on the BBQ until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare the homemade flatbread or warm store-bought flatbread while the chicken is cooking.
- Place the cooked chicken on the flatbread.
- Top with shredded lettuce, tzatziki sauce, and drizzle with harissa yogurt sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Adjust sauce spice levels to your liking.
