- 1 cup cheddar cheese cubes
- 1 cup gouda cheese slices
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
- Arrange the cheese platter with cheddar cubes, gouda slices, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Serve the meatballs and cheese platter with toothpicks for easy serving.
Notes
Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freeze for longer storage up to three months.
