Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubes
  • 1 cup gouda cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
