- 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Once chilled, shape small portions of the mixture (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls.
- Roll each ball in extra graham crumbs until they are fully coated.
- Place the rolled balls back in the fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.
Notes
These treats can stay fresh in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
