Description

Quick and easy no-bake treats combining chocolate and coconut flavors. Perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
  • 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, shape small portions of the mixture (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in extra graham crumbs until they are fully coated.
  6. Place the rolled balls back in the fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.

Notes

These treats can stay fresh in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
