Description
Delightful no-bake desserts perfect for impressing your loved ones on Valentine’s Day, featuring delicious chocolate truffles and strawberry cheesecake.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup chocolate (dark or milk)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs (for crust)
- Fresh strawberries (for garnish)
- Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Make the Chocolate Truffles: Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate until well combined. Chill the mixture for at least an hour. After chilling, roll it into small balls and coat with cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles.
- Make the Strawberry Cheesecake: Beat the softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Then add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Fold in the chopped strawberries. Take a dish and press the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom to form the crust. Pour the cheesecake mixture on top and smooth it out. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until it sets.
- Serve the Desserts: Once chilled, serve the chocolate truffles and strawberry cheesecake together. Garnish with fresh strawberries and add chocolate sprinkles if you like.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Chill the truffles thoroughly to make rolling them easier. You can substitute graham crackers with crushed cookies if needed.
