Description

A quick and fun no churn ice cream with bubble gum flavor, perfect for parties and warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoons bubble gum extract
  • 13 drops pink food coloring
  • 12 cups gumballs

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups heavy cream into a medium size bowl or stand mixer and mix on medium speed until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix by hand to incorporate.
  3. Incorporate the vanilla extract and bubble gum extract, and mix again by hand.
  4. Add pink food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  5. Fold in the gumballs.
  6. Pour the mixture into an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for about 3 hours or overnight.
  7. Scoop and enjoy!

Notes

Serve in bowls or cones. Add extra gumballs on top for color. For best texture, serve right from the freezer, letting sit for 2-3 minutes if too hard to scoop.
