Description
A quick and fun no churn ice cream with bubble gum flavor, perfect for parties and warm days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 teaspoons bubble gum extract
- 1–3 drops pink food coloring
- 1–2 cups gumballs
Instructions
- Pour 2 cups heavy cream into a medium size bowl or stand mixer and mix on medium speed until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix by hand to incorporate.
- Incorporate the vanilla extract and bubble gum extract, and mix again by hand.
- Add pink food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Fold in the gumballs.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for about 3 hours or overnight.
- Scoop and enjoy!
Notes
Serve in bowls or cones. Add extra gumballs on top for color. For best texture, serve right from the freezer, letting sit for 2-3 minutes if too hard to scoop.
